Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of limonow (“Service”). By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Subscription, Payment & Automatic Renewal
- limonow is provided as a monthly subscription SaaS.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew each month at the then-current rate for your selected plan and modules until you cancel.
- Your payment method will be charged on each renewal date unless you cancel before that date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings or by contacting info@limonow.io. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You may adjust your plan and pricing at any time in your account dashboard by adding or removing modules; any changes will apply to the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
- We will send you a renewal notice each month to the email address associated with your account, reminding you of the upcoming renewal and applicable charges.
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid to avoid service interruption.
- If a subscription payment is past due, the chatbot, form, and all user-facing services will remain available for 30 days, and data coming from them will be accessible for 3 days. After these durations have passed, the service and associated data will become unavailable, and a renewal will be required to continue service and restore access.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Our software includes, but is not limited to:
- Automatic quote generation for limousine business leads.
- Online trip booking for your customers.
- Staff account creation for booking management and trip acceptance/rejection.
- Sending automated email reminders based on your scheduling and event triggers.
You are solely responsible for the data you input into the Service, including:
- Business name and office address.
- Customer names, contact details, and trip information.
- Customer trip location data such as pickup locations, dropoff locations, and stops.
3. User Accounts
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by staff users you add.
4. Content Ownership
- You retain all rights to the content and customer data you upload.
- By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data for the purpose of providing the Service, including sharing relevant lead and trip data with our integration partner GNet to facilitate secure data transfer to your dispatch software (such as LimoAnywhere) and to retrieve quotes from that software.
5. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting info@limonow.io. Deletion will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is legally required.
6. Service Availability & Modifications
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee continuous availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, limonow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
